a list, because it's too hot out to write

what i've been up to

*not posting, clearly

*working (but only four days a week: two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts)

*going to Memphis for the wedding

*going to Cape Cod (still can't bring myself to say "THE Cape" because every time I do, I feel like some snobby white kid)

*marathoning Mad Men in preparation for the Season 4 premiere on July 25th (who am I kidding, I AM some snobby white kid at heart)

*going to the movies:
I rate Please Give a B-, Karate Kid a B+ (Andrei would disagree), Toy Story 3 an A (I cried), Winter's Bone an A+ (the entire movie had just the right tone), and Twilight: Eclipse a B+ (it was very entertaining, okay! I know I giggled every time Taylor Lautner went shirtless.)

I'll work on the first one, but otherwise summer is going beautifully!
